Golden brown, blistered crust, with traditional scoring for natural burst.
Thin, chewy crust. Crumb is off white and speckled with
wholegrains. Irregular porous crumb throughout. Taste is gently sour, with deeper subtle hints of grains.
Made with a combination of sourdough starter and yeast.
