Spelt pilaf made with spelt berries from our friends at Sharpham Park Farm in Somerset dressed with Agrodolce (sweet & sour Italian condiment made with onions, currants & red wine vinegar). A selection of our favourite fermented vegetables from our friends at Eaten Alive including hot pickled peppers, lemon kraut & purple carrots. Topped with spinach, roasted spiced cauliflower & lentil hummus.
