Our first ever sourdough panettone
As panettone devotees, we’re delighted to be bringing you our first ever panettone range this Christmas. Made using sourdough starter, this long fermentation process is truly a rare thing in the world of panettone. Most panettone nowadays is made using commercial yeast. Ours is made the old-fashioned and proper way with all the traditional ingredients and a few modern twists. Buttery and decadent yet surprisingly light, there are three delicious recipes to try: Classic, Chocolate or Pistachio & Lemon. Whether enjoyed with your elevenses’ cup of coffee, an afternoon cup of tea or with a glass of bubbles by the fire, our Panettone is the gift that truly keeps on giving.
