Amidst the freshly baked sourdough, pastries and cakes, there’s more to our Brentwood bakery than meets the eye. Once known as “Burntwood” following a fire in the 1700s, the town we know and love today has moved on greatly from that small, rural community. We wanted our bakery to reflect Brentwood’s heritage so we opted for charred timber wall finishes and a colour palette of reds, oranges and yellows to create a space that is both warm, modern and inviting. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a proper slice of cake and everything in between.
