Can I pay by invoice?
We take card payment through the website as standard and can provide an invoice for your records after you’ve ordered. For larger accounts, get in touch via the contact form and we’ll talk through the options.
I’ve missed the cut-off. Can you help?
Everything is baked fresh to order, so we can’t take online orders after 11am two days before.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Our range includes vegetarian and plant-based options, and each product page lists its allergens. Everything is handmade in our bakeries with shared equipment, so we can’t guarantee any item is free from allergens. Please check the allergen information before ordering for guests with allergies. Can I order for a party at home as well as the office?
Yes. Ordering works the same way for homes and offices, so choose whatever suits your gathering!
Can you help with a larger event?
Absolutely. For larger orders we can help with menu selection, quotes and planning. Get in touch via our contact form with your date, numbers and budget, and we’ll put together a proposal. You will then place your order through the website.
Can I collect before 9am?
I'm afraid we can't amend the collection slots from our end. Please get in touch with your local GAIL's and speak with our team. I'm sure they'd love to help whenever possible. You can find the contact details of our bakeries at Find Us | GAIL's Bakery (gails.com)
Can I choose a delivery time?
Delivery is in one-hour slots starting from 8-9am.
Do you deliver, or can I collect?
We deliver across central London, or you can collect from any of our bakeries nationwide. Delivery is £14.95 for orders under £200 and complimentary for orders of £200 and over. Postcode checkers are available on each product page.
Can I order catering for Christmas Day?
We’re not offering catering on Christmas Day or Boxing Day. Here are the dates that do work:
- Christmas Eve (24 December): order by 11am on 22 December
- 27 December: order by 11am on 25 December
How do I place a catering order?
Order online here (clickable link to land here https://gails.com/pages/festive-catering). Choose your items, pick delivery or collection, then select your date and time at checkout. You can order from 30 days ahead, up to 11am two days before. The earlier the better, especially in December.
