Our Exmouth Market bakery serves freshly baked sourdough, pastries and cakes alongside our barista speciality coffee and iced drinks all day long. Taking inspiration from our Waste Less Sourdough loaf, our friends at Object Space Place reused as many existing materials as possible to revive the space. Retaining the existing concrete floors and old pendant light fittings, the original long benches and reclaimed bricks were upcycled into new tables and our countertop. As a finishing touch, an original Victorian reclaimed water fountain was sourced as a tribute to a local historical landmark called the Pluto Hot Water Lamp - a vending machine for tea and coffee installed in Exmouth Market back in 1899. We look forward to welcoming you next time you're passing.
