This loaf is a celebration of the Wheat Project and having a true connection to the farmers and the earth. This is a 100% wholemeal loaf that uses UK grown heritage wholemeal wheat flour with a small amount of wholemeal barley, emmer, spelt and rye to give depth of flavour and nutrition diversity.
