Behind our Coffee Beans
We source the highest-quality ingredients in a sustainable way and care deeply about the farmers who grow them. Over the years, we’ve built an exceptional community of like-minded producers, suppliers and makers who take their craft as seriously as we take ours.
Union Hand-Roasted Coffee is no different. Founded to raise the standards of specialty coffee by sourcing directly from farmers, Union pays fair prices and builds lasting partnerships. Roasted fresh in their London roastery, every batch is crafted with care.
More than just paying a fair price, Union Direct Trade partners with farmers across the world to improve both quality of coffee and livelihoods long term.
Here is how they work the producers of our house blend.
